Quotes – Major enhancements to the Quotes page
We’ve revamped the Quotes page to optimise space and present more useful details, such as quote values and the number of options submitted. Additionally, you now have the flexibility to invite more service providers to participate in existing quote requests.

Notifications Page
We’re improving how the notifications work to make it more useful on a daily basis. Now you can click view all to access the notifications page where yoy can review by type meaning you no can access previous exports more easily saving time, especially on reports and exports:
Training notice
When a new user is added to elogs, if they’ve never used the system before they’ll need to go through the online training academy. This is a series of around about 45 minutes of videos to give them everything they need to understand the basics of the system.
If a user in the Training status attempts to login they will be prevented from doing so. They will be presented with a message asking them to complete their training along with a link to the training site.
Location name
If you’ve ever tried to import assets with locations before you’ll know what a frustration this can be. When adding a location to the asset importer, currently you have the specify the location ID which can be difficult to get out of the system. We’ve added a new column Location name which allows the system to set the location based on name. If it doesn’t find a match it will throw an error.
Password Reset Links
For password reset links we now specify the amount of time before the link expires, which is 1 hour.
Single Sign On
You can now use single sign on with the mobile browser version of Elogs. Previously this was restricted to the app:
