Quotes – Most recent comment added to quote export
Two new columns have been added to the export, one for last workflow note and one for last Update and Notify note.
PPM – Link to task added to the job
A link has been added for PPM jobs, in the Job details section. This links to the Task that created it giving you the benefit of making amendments directly from the job as opposed to having to manually search for the task.
Quotes – Notification when a Quote is put ‘On Hold’
When a Quote is put ‘On Hold’, a notification is now sent to the Operative.
Locations – Location edit improvement
When editing a location on the likes of a task or an asset it will now display more favourably, allowing you to edit either parent or child level.
It will also display the full location in the display:

Budget quotes – convert quotes
After a budget quote has been submitted by the service provider it changes status to Budget quote submitted:
You now have the option to Request Full Quote which converts it into a real quote from a budget quote. Simply follow the on screen prompts to convert it into a full quote. Note the status is updated to converted on the option and the quote status:
And a full quote has been raised:
SP Reference on SP page
A new column and new filter have been added to the Service Provider page for the Service Provider Reference field.
Hyperlink from Job Summary to the details page
The summary column of the Jobs list is now a link that takes the user to the Job Details page. This saves having to click on the view button:
